Pet Groomer (Experiencd Only)

If you want to be a Pet Groomer to join our team we are seeking an experienced groomer to join our team at Nose To Tail Pet Spa. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a strong background in pet grooming, ensuring that each pet receives the highest level of grooming and attention. We are seeking a reliable, and professional EXPERIENCED candidate in pet handling and grooming various breeds and temperaments with care and professionalism.

• Skills you will learn
• Provide grooming services for dogs and cats, including bathing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards or client preferences.
• Handle and restrain animals safely during grooming procedures to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ grooming needs and any observed health concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
• Keep records of services provided and any special instructions or notes regarding each pet’s care.
• Requirements
• Skills in dog and cat handling, animal restraint A MUST.
• Familiarity with dog training techniques is beneficial for managing different temperaments during grooming sessions.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger breeds or equipment.
• A compassionate attitude towards animals along with patience and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
