Large Brake Press Operator

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled large brake press operator for a contract to hire opportunity with a client. The position is located in Cleveland and operates on the 1st shift (7 am to 3 : 30 pm) with overtime on Saturdays as needed. The wage range is $22 - $28 based on experience.

Responsibilities

Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake to manufacture parts.

Operate 225 ton to 1000 ton press brake machines, both manual and hydraulic.

Measures and aligns materials to be used.

Inspect finished pieces.

Read blueprints

Skills / Qualifications

2 years' experience in press brake setup and operation.

Be able to read and follow a blueprint, read a tape measure, and perform basic math.

Must have experience working with materials 1" - 3" thick.

Experience working in a fabrication or job shop environment.

High School Diploma or GED.

Will be subject to a 10-panel drug screen and other pre-employment screening.
