ClickUp is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our US Enterprise Solutions Engineering team a pivotal role driving revenue technical excellence and team growth at the heart of our enterprise sales motion. As a key leader youll coach and upskill a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers define and execute new enterprise selling strategies and partner cross-functionally to shape the future of technical sales at ClickUp.

The ideal candidate is a proven top-performing Solutions Engineer with enterprise customer experience and demonstrated management skills. You thrive in fast-paced high-growth environments can zoom into technical details and out to strategic vision and are passionate about building high-impact teams that deliver results.

The Role :

• Coach and develop a team of solutions engineers for the Enterprise sales segment
• Provide presales support for enterprise opportunities as an individual contributor as needed
• Help establish best practices around the technical sales engagement (demoing discovery objection handling storytelling workflow diagramming business case development ROI conversations etc)
• Maintain a current understanding of ClickUps target market technical requirements and trends
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales motion playbooks such as strategic and technical account plans
• Partner with Professional Services Product and Customer Success leadership to drive improved cross-departmental collaboration and key strategic projects

$175000 $205000 USD
