Position Summary

The Gulf Coast Key Account Rental and Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth in both rental and sales revenue within the Gulf Coast territory. This role focuses on managing and expanding key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. The position requires a proactive, hands-on leader capable of identifying customer needs, promoting PVE’s equipment and solutions, and maintaining strong regional market presence.

Location

Gulf Coast Region (covering Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key rental and sales accounts across the Gulf Coast region.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals and regional objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, marine, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and customer support.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends through CRM (Salesforce).
  • Develop quarterly and annual territory business plans, including forecasts and rental utilization targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to build brand visibility.
  • Work closely with marketing to support promotional campaigns and customer outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual standards.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial, construction, or equipment rental sales.
  • Proven success managing key accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Gulf Coast markets and regional customer base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (up to 60%).
