About Crisis Services

Located in a state-of-the-art facility, Crisis Services provides 24 / 7 crisis mental health support to residents experiencing psychiatric emergencies or needing assistance for mental illness symptoms. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care with swift response times.

The Crisis Recovery Center (CRC)

The CRC is a crucial development in our mission to create an outstanding behavioral health system, ensuring that all residents have access to someone to call, someone to respond, and somewhere to go during a mental health or substance use crisis. The CRC aims to help individuals de-escalate, stabilize, and connect to tailored community resources. It serves as a compassionate alternative to hospital emergency departments, simplifying access to crisis care for individuals, families, and first responders.

Job Details

This full-time position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m., with flexibility in hours to accommodate various staff schedules. The role includes rotating on-call responsibilities among the team of Crisis Supervisors.

Education Requirements and Salary Ranges

Master's degree in relevant fields with current licensure (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) and required supervisory experience.

The hiring range for this position is $70,895 to $81,595, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Crisis Services Team Lead, you will :

Supervise on-call crisis staff.

Manage student internships within crisis services.

Coordinate and develop training for new hires.

Provide coaching and support for crisis staff.

Consult on complex client situations.

Collaborate with professionals for integrated client care.

Consult with community service providers to promote crisis service access.

Monitor and analyze program outcomes for quality control.

Participate in emergency response activities as needed.

Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with supervisors for coverage in crisis services activities.

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

5+ years’ experience with chronically mentally ill populations.

3+ years of supervisory experience.

Equivalent combination of training and experience.
