This role is responsible for being a fully trained and skilled team member capable of upholding company standards in safety and duties assigned on both residential and commercial properties.

Ground Operations Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to all company safety protocols and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism when working on a customer's property with company equipment.
• Job site setup.
• Traffic and pedestrian control.
• Crew communication
• Basic chainsaw maintenance and operation.
• Be a team player and supporting member of the General Tree Care Team.
