Maintenance Associate

Wage Range : $21 / hour + overtime

Position Summary :

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Associate is responsible for assisting Maintenance Technicians performing work involved in keeping machines, tools, mechanical equipment, or the building structure in repair. Duties may involve tool repair, machinery repair, installing new equipment, and repairing of buildings.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Assist Maintenance Technicians with general shop 5S duties
• Collecting, hauling, and disposing of shop and facility trash (indoors and outdoors)
• Floor sweeping & scrubbing
• Various painting throughout the facility
• Stocking and organizing of the maintenance department's inventory
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with general janitorial duties
• Stocking and maintaining janitorial supply inventory and closet cleanliness
• Restocking of various dispensers
• Unclogging of drains (toilets, urinals, sinks, etc.)
• Special cleaning requests from Management
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with entry-level tasks
• Production tools and equipment repair & maintenance
• Facility infrastructure repair & maintenance
• Other duties assigned by Management
