Care Manager RN- Pediatric Endocrinology

Description

The Pediatric Sub Specialty Clinic RN Case Manager will work as a team member to support the operational needs of the clinic for daily patient flow and assumes responsibility for the ongoing case management of an assigned panel of patients.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire : Alaska Registered Nurse License
• 2 years of Professional nursing experience.
• 2 years of Nurse Case Management experience.
