Cintas is seeking multiple Production Team Roles across our 2nd shift (2:30p-11:00p)! These roles support the Rental Division. All Production Associates work weekdays only! No weekends!

The 2nd Shift Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This Production roleis expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity & quality of work, and may receive compensation incentives (e.g., higher hourly pay) based on exceeding production goals/standards! 2nd Shift roles are paid an additional shift differential per hour.

The 2nd Shift Warehouse Loader/Unloaders work in our Laundry Division and are responsible for driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled products. Loader/Unloaders then load clean uniforms, floor mats, & additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes designated for each truck. Loader/Unloaders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded. 2nd Shift roles are paid an additional shift differential per hour.

Production Associate Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must be able to work onsite daily in the Rockford, IL facility
• Ability to stand for entire shift, perform repetitive motions, & lift/carry up to 30lbs.
• Basic language & communication skills in speaking and understanding English
• *Loader/Unloader must be 21+ years of age
• *Loader/Unloader must have Driver’s License
