Location : Pompano Beach, FL

Job Type : Full-Time

Schedule : 7 am - 4 pm with OT M-F Some Weekends

Pay : Competitive, based on experience

Classification : Non-Exempt

We’re a reputable, safety-focused company looking for a reliable and professional CDL Driver to support our field crews by delivering materials and equipment to and from job sites. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks, box trucks, and dump trailers

Deliver construction materials to and from job sites

Load and unload materials manually or with equipment

Assist with job site cleanup (wood, metal, shingles, siding, etc.)

Maintain accurate vehicle and trailer maintenance logs

Wash, clean, and inspect vehicles regularly

Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and the public

Operate lightweight pumps and other equipment (training provided)

Support roofing crews by loading materials onto roofs using heavy equipment

✅ What We’re Looking For :

Valid CDL A driver’s license (required)

Clean driving record – insurable under company policy

Previous experience as a commercial driver

Strong knowledge of local roads and safe driving practices

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to stay calm and focused in traffic or high-stress scenarios

Familiarity with GPS systems

Mechanically inclined and willing to learn how to operate pumps and loaders

Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset

Good communication skills

Commitment to safety and quality service

Willingness to learn and grow with the company
