For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary responsibilities include : territory management of a geographical area, responsible for the full sales strategy execution, quickly responding to inbound leads and requests, new business development and client acquisition / account development, maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications, and developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
Skills and qualifications we seek include : tenacious and innovative individuals with superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record, heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company, competitiveness, self-motivation, results-driven nature, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
