Founding Enterprise Account Executive – Build the GTM Motion From Day One
We're looking for a high-impact AE who’s ready to do more than just close deals—you’ll play a key role in shaping the go-to-market engine from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join early, bring structure to the chaos, and help scale a category-defining company.
You’ll own complex enterprise deals end-to-end, refine the sales process, and test new strategies that drive revenue and repeatability. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love building while selling, this could be your next big move.
What we’re looking for :
– 3–8 years of AE experience in early / growth-stage B2B SaaS
– Proven ability to close complex, high-stakes deals
– Strategic operator who moves fast and executes with focus
Comp :
up to $150K base | $200K–$300K OTE (50 / 50 split)
