• Manage and optimize the global order-to-cash and international shipment process
• Ensure accurate and timely order entry, pricing, and documentation for export shipments
• Apply export compliance policies and regulations to all shipments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external freight forwarders
• Maintain and update ERP systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support ERP system changes and participate in testing
• Serve as a subject matter expert for export shipment processes
