Job Title : Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Location : Kansas City, MO

Work Schedule : 100% on-site M-F

Pay Rate : $85k-$105k / yr. + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k

Must have :

• 2+ yrs of Finance experience for a corporation with more than $50M annual Revenue
• Bachelors degree in Business or similar, preferred : Finance or Accounting
• Advanced Excel skillset (V-looks, Pivot tables, SumIf statements, etc.)
• Experience with variance analysis, forecasting of accounts, etc.

Job Details

The Sr. Financial Analyst will design and enhance analytical, reporting, and forecasting tools to support data-driven decision-making and business performance analysis. They will also collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze key financial metrics, identify trends and variances, and deliver strategic insights for budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvement.
