Job Title : Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services

Location : RICHARDSON, TX

Duration : 12 months with possible extension.

Job ID : Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
• Configure and install common applications.
• Install and remove PCs.
• Interact positively with clients, demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide technical support in a customer-facing, Windows-based corporate environment, including experience supporting Office and Outlook.
