Pay range for this position is $40.02 - $57.69 / hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for coordinating, supervising daily operations of the Unit. Directs the delivery of care by department personnel to ensure patient outcomes are achieved, high quality care is delivered and the patient experience is enhanced. Fosters and maintains positive working relationships among staff, physicians and medical center personnel to ensure collaboration. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education : Current State license as a registered nurse, BSN or higher.
• Experience : Approximately two to three years progressively more responsible related work experience, including at least two years clinical experience as an RN. The ability to gain professional competence in nursing care techniques and practices.
