Launch Specialist

Job Description

We're hiring a highly motivated Launch Specialist to onboard new restaurant partners, and enhance their platform experience from day one.

In this heavily travel-based and cross-functional role, you'll bridge sales, operations, and product teams to build delightful merchant experiences.

You'll be on the road a lot, visiting merchant sites nationwide. Your hands-on work will involve configuring hardware and software, executing onboarding strategy, and training merchant staff to ensure platform adoption and maximum revenue. You'll interface directly with partners, identify workflow improvements, and adapt quickly in an evolving environment to achieve immediate, tangible results and help shape the company's direction.

Requirements :

• Spanish fluency REQUIRED
• 5 years work experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or systems implementation
• Excellent external and internal customer support skills
• Must be comfortable traveling
