Role Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and Collaborate

Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues. The Service Technician will devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.

  • Install, Repair, and Maintenance

    • Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.

  • Customer Interaction and Problem Solving :

    • Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. The Service Technician will trouble shoot and resolve issues effectively.

  • Document and Report

    • Document the repair and maintenance work performed. The Service Technician will note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report.

    Employee Prerequisites :

  • Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations. Pay is based on experience.
  • Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations required for the position.
