Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Enterprise Sales and Marketing team! In this role, you will assist Marketing staff in support of McKinstry's business development and market-facing communication efforts. Additional responsibilities may include:
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Bachelor's Degree of equivalent work experience required. 1-2 years of working experience in a marketing or communications role in architecture, engineering or construction (AEC) industry or similar capacity required. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required, specifically Adobe InDesign. Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. Experience telling stories across digital platforms (websites and social media) that drive engagement preferred. Understanding of the AEC industry and marketing fundamentals preferred. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills required. Ability to adapt to different communication styles required. A collaborative team-player mindset with the ability to work independently required. The ability to think outside the box to find solutions to problems required.
