As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale, omnichannel support systems that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, overseeing technical projects from inception to delivery while collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams. You will lead initiatives to improve automation, scalability, and security across multiple support channels, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal governance standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, proven project leadership skills, and the ability to bridge business and engineering objectives in a fast-paced environment. This fully remote role offers opportunities to influence enterprise-wide support strategies and deliver measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Define and implement omnichannel support strategy, including live chat, phone, and custom portals, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance agent and customer experiences.
  • Serve as product owner for internal support tools, developing roadmaps and acting as subject matter expert across multiple support channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables for technical programs and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Champion privacy, security, and data governance compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) across support systems.
  • Maintain clear documentation, metrics, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in technical roles).
  • 3+ years of experience in technology management roles such as TPM, Product Manager, Program Manager, or Systems Analyst.
  • 4+ years working with support infrastructure, designing large-scale omnichannel customer support systems, including contact channel configuration, routing, and user journey design.
  • Strong technical breadth with ability to assess risks, tradeoffs, and system design decisions across multiple technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align technical and business stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience principles and support operations.
  • Awareness of web privacy and security compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, project tracking, and sprint coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
