Program Manager
SAIC is seeking a Program Manager for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands. This position is contingent upon an award expected early 2026. This position is onsite in Pascagoula, MS.
Job Duties :
- Collaborate and manage technical processes across all functions within program and business stakeholders
- Develop and review firm fixed priced (FFP) contract program specific planning and control documents
- Manage FFP contract finances, cost accounts and risk reserves
- Manage cross functional teams' performance of stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Security Cutter C5ISR systems
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
- Define and manage success criteria based on business and contract requirements
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to program requirements
- Ensures project tasks and milestones are accurate and complete for all active projects
- Ensures team development of expertise with existing or new systems
- Holds team members accountable to meet estimates and time frames for all team's tasks and deliverables
Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience :
