Key Responsibilities

Model and emphasize excellence in teaching and learning while mentoring online faculty

Evaluate student progress and provide appropriate feedback and support

Encourage spiritual development and uphold the university's Christian values

Qualifications and Education Requirements

PhD, EdD, or ThM in Spiritual Formation, Christian Ministries, Theological Studies, Practical Theology, or Theological Education

5+ years of experience in pastoral and / or Christian ministry with a focus on Spiritual Formation

Demonstrated strengths in college-level teaching

Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and the Internet

Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses as needed
