Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality care in post-acute facilities.
  • Observe and report residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs.
  • Maintain a clean environment through daily tasks.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, and daily activities.
  • Reposition and transport residents as needed.
  • Facilitate communication among staff, residents, and families.
  • Engage with residents consistently and respond to their needs.
  • Adhere to care plans and regulations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid Ohio STNA certification.
  • Knowledge of nursing procedures and terminology.
  • Detail-oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
