Job Overview

We're hiring an experienced General Manager to lead full-service and quick-service operations in Flemingsburg. Your mission : deliver best-in-class customer service , oversee food safety compliance , and drive profitability through strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house execution
• Lead staff scheduling , recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training programs to develop high-performing teams
• Supervise inventory control and budgeting , managing profit & loss (P&L) and cost controls to drive bottom-line performance
• Enforce food safety experience and sanitation standards in line with health department regulations
• Use the RTI for order tracking, reporting, and performance analytics
• Monitor essential performance metrics and KPIs, such as labor costs, sales, waste, and quality scores
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing for local promotions to increase traffic and sales
