Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume ($5M+ annual sales) upscale casual or fine dining restaurant Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, financial performance, and service standards Current ServSafe and Allergen Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience managing restaurants with $5 million or more in annual revenue Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations Partner with ownership to drive financial and operational goals Ensure outstanding guest experiences, proactively addressing and resolving service issues Train, coach, and develop team members to foster a positive and high-performing work culture Experience working in a waterfront or seasonal restaurant environment Familiarity with innovative and diverse menus, including sushi and seasonal cuisine Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and engage staff Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems under pressure, and maintain a positive leadership presence
