Dev Ops Team Lead

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in cloud-based solutions and enterprise platforms, is seeking a Dev Ops Team Lead to join their team. As a Dev Ops Team Lead, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations Department supporting a global team of engineers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage and lead a distributed team of DevOps engineers across different regions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical goals.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on AWS environments, CI / CD pipelines, and application deployment processes.
• Architect and design Jenkins CI / CD pipelines involving new components used by the organization, including Salesforce and Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
• Oversee and optimize existing DevOps processes for Docker-based APIs, MFT components, Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud services.
• Engage in troubleshooting infrastructure issues, security hardening activities, and documenting security evidence during quarterly assessments.
