Job descriptionDisplays enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality by incorporating operational excellence, 2nd mile service, and emotional connections with our guests and employees Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures Accurately assembles prep items according to Chick-fil-A guidelines and job aids Accurately measures items for portioning Uses machinery and sharp objects safely Ensures all products are kept at a food safe temperature Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties Assists on shift when needed Troubleshoots minor guest issues Maintains a clean and pleasant environment Employee discount Flexible schedule 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
