REQUIRMENTS :

• 2 years ammonia refrigeration experience in an industrial refrigeration environment and food manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to pass respirator fit test and Pulmonary function test as well as 24-hour hazmat class.
• Must have Ammonia Certification from GCAP or RETA
• Must have EPA Type II certification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Refrigeration Techs must have extensive knowledge operating, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing ammonia refrigeration systems, boiler, hot water, domestic cold water, and compressed air systems. Basic knowledge of General Maintenance and Electrical and Electronic Systems are also required. The associate must be able to work in a team environment and individually with little or no supervision. Must comply with all Company SAFETY Policy's (LOCKOUT / TAGOUT, ETC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), and all Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations.
