Business Intelligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to define metrics and translate requirements into analytical solutions

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for self-serve insights using Tableau

Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to identify patterns and provide recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles

Strong SQL skills and experience with Redshift or similar data warehouses

Experience in building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or a comparable BI tool

Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integrity
