We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician who will be responsible for providing comprehensive facility maintenance, repair and services on building components and systems for offices, R&D laboratories, and a BMP manufacturing facility. Working Monday through Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance.
• Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment systems
• Ensure timely completion of all p / m's and work orders in your area of responsibility.
• Facilitating and coordinating services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
• Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
• Overtime required as needed, including holidays.
• Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.

Required Education, Experience and Skills :

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process.
