As a BHH Care Coordinator (case manager), you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals facing diverse behavioral health challenges, guiding them toward self-sufficiency, and connecting them with essential resources. You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, where consistent weekly supervision is provided to help you excel and grow in your role.
