Registered Staff Pharmacist (AZ, FL, NH, TX)

A company is looking for a Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist for overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers regarding clinical issues, including drug interactions and medication counseling

Respond to customer inquiries and requests through Zendesk tickets and voicemails

Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Pharmacist license in AZ, NH, TX, or FL

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting preferred

Ability to work autonomously and navigate multiple pharmacy systems

Commitment to customer experience and adaptability to change
