Mission

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.

Job Description

• ISSO : Performs weekly backups, conducting annual and recurring ISS training, establishing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and managing the systems security plan.
• Assists the Customer in maintaining other secure information systems to include performing USSTRATCOM duties.
• This position is also responsible for managing a personnel security function for SAPs to include updating the personnel access security system (PASS II) and providing updates and status briefed personnel to the Customer.
• Additionally the selected candidate will manage an access quotas system for the SAP which entails providing monthly status reports, processing program access requests, performing access eligibility determinations, processing visit certifications, and conducting SAP indoctrinations and debriefings.

Education & Experience : BA / BS (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of experience

Certification

Required : Security + or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+

Desired : Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) (specializes in RMF implementation and authorizations) or GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)

Location : Onsite - Offutt AFB, Nebraska - Relocation may be available

Clearance : Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $112,200 - $151,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
