We are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus to hired Full Time candidates.

Pay : $21-$22 per hour ( Pay based on experience and MAP Certification)

Hours : 8am – 4pm

Location : Rowley, MA - 305 Newburyport Turnpike (Route 1)

The NEEDS Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring 8 Direct Care Support Professionals who will help the adults we serve live as independently and fully as possible. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to start a meaningful career with a growing organization that offers training, support, and opportunities for advancement.

No experience is necessary. As a new employee, you are provided with a paid 7-day Orientation and will receive training on CPR / First Aid, Safety Care, and Medication Administration Program (MAP). You will also receive program-specific training at your work site.

Responsibilities include :

• Assisting and supporting adults with developmental disabilities with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
• Supporting our individuals in making independent decisions and participating in valued community roles.
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning common areas and ensuring personal spaces are tidy.
• Help to implement clinical, educational and vocational programs.
• Observe and record data for programs established in their Individual and Behavior support plans.
• Participate with other team members to create a therapeutic environment that includes participating and supporting individuals at community events.
• Administer medications or support individuals in self-medication (if you have MAP certification).
