The Role : Vacation Rental Cabin Maintenance Technician

You'll be the go-to problem solver for our growing lineup of vacation rental cabins. Think of it as being part mechanic, part detective, part superhero-minus the cape (safety hazard).

What You'll Do

Handle maintenance tasks & projects across multiple cabins.

Perform inspections that keep everything guest-ready.

Troubleshoot issues big and small-appliances, Wi-Fi, HVAC, plumbing, you name it.

Keep hot tubs happy (we'll train you - no "Hot Tub 101" degree required).

Coordinate with third-party service providers.

Join team meetings (yes, coffee provided).

What You'll Bring

2+ years of maintenance experience (or enough skill to convince us).

Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and not panicking when Wi-Fi won't connect.

Self-motivation and solid organizational skills.

A customer-focused, professional vibe.

Ability to lift 40+ lbs (cabins don't maintain themselves).

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.

Tech savvy enough to use an iPad or Iphone without rage-quitting.

Weekend / holiday flexibility (hospitality never sleeps).
