Title : Test Equipment Coordinator

Location : San Diego, CA

Duration : 3 months

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• Track, Trace, and Update the Status of Incoming and Outgoing Shipments : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; help to maintain shipping and warehouse supplies.
• Manage the Shipment and Receipt of All Products, Materials, and Supplies : Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Promptly Unload Trucks and Deliveries and Sort and Stock Receivables : Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
• Store, Manage, and Track Company Inventory : Utilize inventory management software (may include barcode scanners).
• Document and Manage Records of Shipped and Received Goods : Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate personnel.
• Responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all test equipment (M&TE), materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate with Test Equipment team, Calibration lab technician, logistics team, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Assist in inventory accuracy of test equipment across multiple sites.
