Bon Secours is expanding! We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician for our growing Eagle Harbor Medical Associates practice in Carrollton, VA , conveniently located near the James River Bridge and just minutes from historic Smithfield. Enjoy small-town charm with quick access to Newport News, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Hampton Roads .

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Call : 1 in 10 days (shared across practices), no hospital duties

Patient Volume : 18-24 per day after ramp-up period, all ages (low pediatrics, no OB)

Team : Join 3 established MDs in a supportive, collegial environment

Technology : Epic EMR with DAX AI ambient charting, MyChart telemedicine

In-Office Services : Labs, EKG, cryo, minor procedures, diabetes classes, PT next door

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $35,000 sign-on bonus

Up to $65,000 in medical education debt assistance

$10,000 relocation support (taxable)

Guaranteed base salary for 2 years + multiple bonus opportunities (WRVU, quality, APC supervision)

35 front-loaded paid days off annually

CME : Up to $10,000 / year

Requirements :

MD or DO, BE / BC in Family Medicine (ABMS / ABFM)

Completed U.S. residency

Strong interest in primary care, chronic disease management, and population health

Willing to grow your own panel and assist with acute / sick visits
