What You’ll Do as a Group Fitness Coach :
Deliver pre-designed, science-backed workouts to groups of up to 30 membersDemonstrate and correct form for a variety of fitness levelsMotivate and inspire members to push through physical and mental barriersProvide clear, safe modifications and progressions for all fitness levelsEnsure member safety through proper heart rate monitoring and coaching techniqueEducate members on the science of the workout — endurance, strength, and powerShow up early (30 minutes before each coaching block) and support studio cleanliness before / after classesAttend team meetings, training templates, and participate in deep cleansParticipate in OTF workouts and help build studio culturePartner with the sales team to give tours and support membership conversionsFollow up with first-time guests within 24 hours of their first workoutHelp drive class attendance and retain member engagemenRequirements : What You Bring :
Group fitness or personal training experienceAbility to manage time and coach multiple individuals simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping peopleSolid knowledge of body mechanics, exercise technique, and physiologyCurrent CPR / AED certification and fitness certification from an OTF-approved organizationWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to safely lift / move up to 40 poundsReady to coach with purpose?
