A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collector.
Key Responsibilities
Review the "Holds Report" and contact accounts with past-due balances to release orders
Coordinate with retailers and the AR team to resolve discrepancies and manage payment pickups
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss AR aging reports and manage payment plans for retailers
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using financial systems and software, such as ENCOMPASS and Payment Profile Dashboard
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
