Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in a respectful and dignified manner.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals while accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care activities accurately.
• Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic nature and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfer of clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
