  • Develop personalized wound, ostomy, and skin care plans to assist patients from hospital to home.\n
  • Empower patients through education, enabling them to manage their care confidently.\n
  • Train nursing staff hospital-wide on best practices for wound, ostomy, and incontinence skin care.\n
  • Conduct quarterly Skin Prevalence studies and lead the Skin Care Resource Nurse team.\n
  • Provide ongoing support in our outpatient ostomy clinic, including stoma site markings and follow-up care.\n\nThis is an inpatient nursing role where your clinical skills and compassion will truly shine.   • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing\n
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License\n
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association\n
  • Certification in wound ostomy nursing (CWON) is required upon hire or must be obtained within 12 months\n
