We’re seeking an experienced Avionics Technician with strong technical ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex avionics systems down to the component level . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) testing and repair, ensuring reliability and compliance with aerospace standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of avionics components and LURs to restore functionality to OEM specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Utilize bench test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis down to the component or circuit level.
  • Document all work performed in accordance with FAA, EASA, and company quality procedures.
  • Support engineering in identifying design or process improvements.
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to ESD and safety requirements.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of avionics repair or test experience (component-level preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of analog / digital circuitry and electronic components.
  • Experience with LRU / LUR repair and return-to-service documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with FAA repair station or equivalent aerospace quality systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Associate degree or military equivalent in Avionics, Electronics, or related field preferred.
