Salary : $20 / hour-$23 / hour

Position Summary :

We are seeking an Accounting Associate with 1-3 years of experience to support our daily accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in finance and accounting while contributing to a dynamic, hands-on team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and calculate timecards and assist with payroll processing.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Record and deposit customer payments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support credit card reconciliation and compliance with travel & entertainment policies.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain vehicle registration and insurance records.
• Assist with Virginia Sales and Use Tax filings (a plus, not required).
• Prepare basic financial reports and KPI summaries.
• Help with general filing, account reconciliations, and administrative support.
