St. Paul, MN | Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000/year

Comfort Autism Center is hiring a full-time BCBA to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a warm, supportive, and team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop treatment plans & behavior intervention plans

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Catalyst)

• Supervise staff and provide direct ABA therapy

• Collaborate with families to ensure progress

• Maintain accurate data and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA certified (or exam within 3 months)

• Experience supervising and writing treatment plans

• Strong communication & leadership skills
