We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Fencing Foreman to lead fencing crews on right-of-way and compressor station projects. This position supports our land clearing and site restoration operations across the tri-state area, ensuring safe and efficient installation of both temporary and permanent fencing systems.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote good safety practices. Ensure safety is never compromised.
• Supervise and work alongside fencing crews on installation, repair, and removal tasks.
• Plan daily work, assign crew duties, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
• Interpret site drawings, staking, and client specifications.
• Operate or oversee use of post drivers, augers, skid steers, and related equipment.
• Monitor material quality, fence alignment, post spacing, and tensioning.
• Communicate daily with superintendents and project managers on schedules and materials.

Working Conditions

Outdoor work in all weather conditions and across all types of terrain, including uneven, sloped, and muddy surfaces. Exposure to typical construction noise and elements. Requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and constant standing, walking, climbing, and other physical movements.
