Holidays : 1 major & 1 minor

Requirements :

CA license

2 years' experience

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

Other Details :

Ratios : 1 to 4 unless ICU patient would be 1 to 2

EMR : Cerner

First to float

Floating : Floating could happen between the 2 facilities to the ER. If floated prior to shift, would get a 2 hour notice prior start. Midshift floating could happen. The facilities are only 6.5 miles apart.
