Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Handle a wide range of customer needs, including claims assistance, billing inquiries, policy changes, endorsements, and general account maintenance.
• Accurately process policy updates and changes in agency systems.
• Contribute to agency growth by selling new business and expanding coverage for existing customers.
• Guide customers through claims reporting and follow-up, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions according to agency procedures.
• Educate clients about American Family Insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Collaborate with agency team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Stay current on American Family Insurance products, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the agency and AmFam.
