Board Certified Behavior Analysts

ALAY Home Care is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are Caring, Compassionate and Dependable team members to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Pay Rate : $65 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Adapt techniques to reduce interfering behaviors such as persistent repetition and self-injury
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Advocate for your clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns
• Complete assessment of the challenging behavior(s), development of a structured behavioral modification plan, implementation of the plan, ongoing training and supervision of caregivers and behavioral aides, and periodic reassessment of the plan.
