This position is responsible for market strategy, insights and voice of the customer and oversight of product marketing a new leadership role within the marketing organization. This leader will be responsible for driving market insights throughout the company, developing a voice of the customer function, owning competitive and market intelligence, driving effective product marketing and messaging, establishing the company's differentiated positioning, driving forward market-focused initiatives and owning customer marketing to drive retention and reduce churn. This role will ensure that the customer is always at the center of every decision we make.
