Role Overview
As the Senior Manufacturing Manager 3 - Hardware Owner, you will provide leadership and oversight for assigned hardware, ensuring excellence in technical performance, cost management, delivery, and quality. This full-time role requires collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure product and manufacturing readiness. You will play a critical role in supporting program plans, defining requirements, and driving milestones for hardware procurement and delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in relevant job family) + 2 years' experience.

The base pay range for this position is $111,700-171,100.00USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan.
